About Teacher Incentive Program

Teacher Incentive Program | TIP | is the most comprehensive real estate benefits program for educators in the state of Maryland.

Educators are the keystone to our society and, as a society, everyone must take part in ensuring that our children receive the highest quality education possible. This program is designed to help recruit and keep the best teachers and support personnel in Maryland. We want to do our part to reward those educators who are dedicated to teaching our children.

MD Residential Experts Team with Keller Williams Flagship of Maryland | MDRET | created this program to help stabilize the retention rate of educators in Maryland. Our Program was built specifically to address the real estate needs of educators.

Teacher Incentive Program is a comprehensive approach to helping educators achieve homeownership. We have four divisions: our Rental Division, Buyer Division, Sales Division and our Ancillary Services Division.
